Now that we have a deeper understanding of your design tastes, we will use the selected concept boards to create a complete design that includes the necessary floor plans, elevations, furnishings & material selections, paint colors, wall coverings and renderings necessary to convey the design to you and any contractors that may be involved in the implementation of the design. All of this will be presented to you in a meeting where you will be able to see samples of various furnishings & materials in order to make any revisions before finalizing the designs.
Once the scope has been defined and contracts have been signed, we will complete a site survey to take all necessary measurements for floor plans and an inventory of any existing furniture and accessories that will be used in the new design. We will also work to refine your design vision and the scope of your project, so that no detail is left out of the design. A Pinterest board or shared album will be created for your project and we’ll ask you to share images that inspire you for each space. Using these images & the info from the consultation, we’ll create our own concept presentation for your home, pulling inspiration from everything we’ve learned about you, how you plan to use the space, colors and fabrics you love, furniture layouts and styles.
After your final approval of the design & all sections, we will prepare a purchase order for your review & signature. We collect full payment (incl. taxes & shipping/delivery) for all products up front and then begin the ordering process. Some items may go on backorder after they have been approved, and others could have long lead times, especially if they are custom pieces. We will do our best to keep you updated along the way & will find suitable alternatives if any items become unavailable. For renovation projects & new builds, some materials will also be purchased directly through your contractor.
implementation
It's time for your design plan to become a reality! Once the products and materials have been received and the contractors/vendors responsible for managing the implementation have been engaged, implementation/construction can begin. This may be as simple as arranging furniture and hanging artwork, or as complicated as remodeling your kitchen. It all depends on what type of project you have. Depending on your project size and scope, implementation may be completed by Coastline Collective, yourself, the contractor(s), or any combination of the three.
project management
We will supervise all aspects of your project from beginning to end. Overseeing all architectural details, finishes, and any/all construction. We will recommend establishing timelines and payment schedules to motivate the timely completion of your project. We will review work of the contractors, painters, installers, and arrange delivery of furniture and other merchandise during the implementation phase, all in an effort to help things move along smoothly. During this phase, it is critical to keep an open-line of communication and to inspect the construction as it is progressing.
installation & closeout
Ideally we prefer to install all furnishings at once, but with delayed lead times and split-project phases, we know that is not always possible. During install, we will arrange furniture, make sure everything is in its place, we will hang curtains and artwork, lay out area rugs and set up all finishing accessories. A day or two after final installation day, our photographer will capture photos of each space. At the completion of your project, we will also prepare a guide for you that includes product warranties, product care instructions, before & after photos, a testimonial request and contact information for everyone involved in the project (vendors, contractors, etc.).

From concept to completion, full-service design is ideal for projects that include multiple rooms or whole homes, as well as renovation projects and new builds. We handle every aspect of the process, from initial concepts to overseeing construction to final styling. We have the experience and expertise to give our clients a turnkey experience. We work through the details of sourcing, selecting, receiving, project management and installing, so that you can enjoy the process and get back to living your life. Available for indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as exterior renovations!

Intended for clients that are looking to redesign an existing space, but need assistance bringing it to life. This service is ideal for those who have moved into a new build, recently completed a renovation or are just looking for a room refresh. We will spend time getting to know you & how you engage with space. From there, we will assist with everything from paint color selection, decorative lighting, furnishing selection and layout, installation and final styling. Available for indoor and outdoor spaces!

We offer e-design services regardless of your location or budget. This exciting design experience is a do-it-yourself decorating solution that provides you with a custom master plan for creating a professionally designed space or entire home that you can implement on your own as your budget and timeframe allows. It’s an affordable alternative to the traditional way of hiring a designer for a full range of services since everything is delivered right to you via email!

Ideal for clients that need help with interior furnishings and/or single rooms. We can assist with a new floor plan layout, assistance sourcing furnishings, decor and/or material selections, choosing paint colors + wall treatments, and designing built-ins. This service does not offer any construction elevations or 3D renderings, but they are available for an additional fee in order to help you fully execute the design and/or communicate to your contractor. Can be done virtually or in person!
